The 8-week Menopause plan – group coaching:

This group coaching format follows the same transformative content as the 1:1 personalised programme but is delivered in a supportive, collaborative group environment. The group sessions will be running quarterly for anyone who wants to join – max eight people per group.

However, if you have a group of friends, colleagues, or like-minded individuals who would like to take this journey together, I also offer private group sessions tailored exclusively for your group.

Group coaching can be incredibly impactful—offering the chance to share experiences, celebrate each other’s successes, and realise you’re not alone in your journey. It fosters meaningful connections and a sense of solidarity while being a more cost-effective way to access expert support.

The format of each session is:

  • Introduction to the topic
  • Focused coaching session
  • Interactive Q&A and group discussion

Each 90-minute session ensures that there is enough time for deep dives into each topic while encouraging open conversation, shared learning, and meaningful support from the group.

Ongoing Support:

Ongoing monthly/ or quarterly support calls are available to all group attendees, ensuring you stay on track and continue to minimise symptoms after the programme ends. Each session is £95 for 60 minutes.

If you’re organising a private group, you also have the option to extend your package by adding the 4-Week

Menopause Nutritional Reset for an additional £995 (just £124 per person based on 8 participants). This provides extra support with
nutrition, weight management, and energy-boosting strategies tailored to your group’s needs.

Investment:

  • £495 per person
    for the full 8-week group coaching experience (Save £500 compared to the 1:1
    personalised programme)
  • Private Group Rate:
    £2,495 per group for up to 8 participants (if 8 participants = £312 per/person saving
    over £180 per person)

Optional Add-on for Private Groups:

For private groups looking for additional support, you can extend your programme by adding the Balance & Boost: 4-Week Menopause Nutritional Reset. This add-on focuses on weight management, addressing food-triggered symptoms, and naturally supporting your body through menopause.
